Shipping And Handling

UK Orders:

All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery unless the buyer requests another form of delivery. All attempts will be made to meet delivery requests.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and should therefore be received within 3 working days from purchase.

International Orders:

We deliver worldwide via Royal Mail Standard Airmail unless the buyer requests another form of delivery.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and shipping on estimate usually takes between 5-7 days but this depends solely on the shipping company.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your goods within 24 hours from when the order was made.

UK orders will normally be delivered within 3 working days from time of purchase. International orders will usually be delivered within 7 working days.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from Off The Wall Sports. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exhange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. Items must be unopened, unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of receipt of your goods.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Off The Wall Sports will not cover the costs of postage for returned goods
